MUSIC FORMAT
Each product has a choice of MP3, WAV or CD. The shopping cart system defaults to sending an MP3 to your email address. You can still choose WAV format, and it will be sent to you manually. You'll get a call once your order is placed. If you have chosen a CD, that will be mailed to the shipping address on your order. Shipping rates and hand delivery service rates are listed below. Please call if you have any questions!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final, however, if you have any playback issues, please get in touch for a replacement.
PICKUP
Hard copy recordings can be picked up (approved customers) or hand delivered within the Capitola/Pleasure Point area. For other options, please get in touch.
